Shipping

At Komsha, each piece is made with intention and produced in limited quantities. All orders are prepaid at the time of purchase, as we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–4 working days, and delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to external factors such as weather conditions, operational disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to keep you informed.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to follow its journey.

 

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the case of a size issue. If the size received does not fit as expected, you may request an exchange for a different size of the same product, subject to availability.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons related to personal preference, including colour, design, or overall liking of the product.

 

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Any product that shows signs of wear, damage, stains, or alteration will not be accepted.

These hygiene and quality checks are strictly followed to ensure that every piece delivered maintains our standards.

 

Exchange Process & Charges

Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of receiving the order. Once the request is approved, customers are required to ship the product back to us using a courier of their choice.

All courier and shipping charges involved in the exchange process, including return and re-delivery, will be borne by the customer.

Once the returned product is received and passes our quality check, the exchange will be processed. In case the requested size is unavailable, Komsha reserves the right to offer an alternative resolution.

 

Additional Information

While we make every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
